The CTM motorized transport trolley and the CTE manual transport trolley are capable of carrying the load but they lack in lifting mechanism. In both cases, the movements can be directly on the ground or with guidance system, on ground rails.
Our carts are provided with safety mechanisms , such as anti-entrapment protections, emergency stop, bumpers, etc.
Free-translation models can have a joystick (cable or radio) for more flexibility in the control of movements, as well as automated direction change (longitudinal or transverse shift)

Motorised transport trolley with lift mechanism (CTME)
Consists of a platform with a loading capacity of 1T to 10T that moves freely over the ground.
These carts can lift the load.
The motorized models may receive their electrical supply through batteries, which afford them total freedom of work and movement. They may also be supplied from power grid.
We can provide two different motorised transport trolleys with lift mechanism:
1.- Load lifting on a bench
One typical use of the CTME is to move a load placed on a bench. In this case, the trolley enters below the bench, lifts it all, moves it all and sets the bench and the load back on the ground.
This CTME trolley can lift the load 200mm.
The loading capacities of the standard versions are 5T or 10T, although other loads are possible upon the customers request.
2.- Free load lifting
For lifting loads up to 800mm, this CTME trolley has a scissor-type mechanism.
The standard models are 2T and 5T, although other loads are possible, upon the customer’s request.

Motorised trolley with crane (CTMG)
The motorised trolley with crane (CTMG) consists of a counterbalanced platform that moves freely over the ground and comes equipped with a ‘Donati’ crane and hoist at one end.
It can lift a load and move with the load suspended thanks to its two motorised wheels and freely rotating wheel.
The load capacity varies from 125kg to 2,000kg, according to the model. The vehicle may move in a straight line or turn (differential system).
These models may receive their electrical supply though batteries, which afford them total freedom of work and movement. They may also be supplied with power through the grid.
